Account Types

Free Accounts: Create an account with your email to access basic task management features.

Premium Accounts: Upgrade to premium for advanced features including unlimited projects, team collaboration, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Your Data

Your tasks, projects, and data belong to you. We provide tools to export your data at any time in standard formats.

  • You retain ownership of all content you create in TaskDone
  • We will never use your private task data for marketing purposes
  • You can export or delete your data at any time

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

Rules of Conduct

To keep TaskDone secure and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the service to store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Abuse or exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security features
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of TaskDone

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is suspended:

  • You may not be entitled to a refund for any paid subscriptions
  • We will try to notify you of the reason when possible
  • You may be given an opportunity to export your data before final deletion

Service Availability

  • TaskDone is provided "as is" without warranty
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
  • We may update these terms from time to time

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskDone Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, productivity, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
